Interesting: overall.

Weird: The Kashmiri woman licking the wall of the shrine is shockingly weird!! There is a whole shrine culture in those countries. May Allah guide us all from such beliefs & acts.

Sad: The pic of the four Palestinian women & children standing at the Israeli checkpoint. Did you notice that all four women have niqaabs attached to their scarves? It seems like they were forced to uncover their faces at the checkpoint.:(

ma sha Allah, it is quite interesting!

i thought also that "woman" might be a man?

yes... i thought the same about those women, it seemed they were wearing niqab :(

Ya Rubb.

Assalam-alaikam,
jazakh'Allah-khairun for the pictures, I love how although we are all so different in this Ummah, in Ramadan our focus is the same - towards Allah. Sister Samah did a similar post at http://samah007.wordpress.com/ which also features King Abdullah of Jordan

Wonderful post!

May Allah finish of all the shrines in Muslim countries.

Actually, some kahmiri women have very manly features. No doubt: insha'Allah it's a woman.
